Swim practice 10-1-08
I got kicked out of my normal lane... guess the guys got tired of me!
Actually, I decided to lower my intervals... Here was our workout:
Overall it was a good workout.

- 11x50 on 40s
- 3x3x100 on 1:20, 1:15, and 1:10
- 8x25 on 30s, IM order
- 5x50 on 1:00 kick
- 3x200 on 3:00, backstroke, descending
Overall it was a good workout.
