Been slacking on the running this week. I couldn't get up early enough to not deal with traffic on Thurs or Fri morning, so with an evening football game that I MUST watch I got up early today and went. Did a different route this morning to vary it up a bit and went a little longer. Total distance was 7 miles.
Let me just say that 7 miles was a little too far of an increase. I probably managed to run about 5 of it. Ran out the first 3.5 miles, walked the next .5 mile, ran another mile, walked .5, ran another... etc
Right now I'm beat!!! However, plenty of exercise to eat my snacks later this evening.
