Being three weeks out and about half way through a mini training program I feel that this week should be my hardest workout week. My current plan is the following:
Mon: Run
Tues: Bike (Intervals)
Wed: Swim
Thur: Run
Fri: Rest
Sat: Run
Sun: Bike (Distance)
Considering weather is an unknown, especially with the hurricanes wreaking havoc, we'll see...
